Rural Logistics, an operating division of Rural Exports LLC, is an independent fourth-party logistics (4PL) coordinator. We direct and manage multi-provider supply chains and are measured on performance: schedules kept and documentation on file.
We are not a motor carrier, freight broker, freight forwarder, customs broker, law firm, tax advisor, accounting firm, or insurance provider. We do not operate commercial vehicles and we do not take physical custody of freight. Nothing on this site or in our deliverables is legal, customs, tax, accounting, investment, or insurance advice.
Where an engagement requires regulated work — carriage, brokerage, customs clearance, or legal services — that work is performed by licensed independent specialists under their own operating authority, licenses, and insurance.
Our coordination and analysis reflect professional judgment based on the information available at the time. Markets, rates, and regulations change, and conditions in disaster and relief operations change quickly. Outcomes depend on facts specific to each engagement, and no outcome is guaranteed. Verify current requirements before acting on general information published here.
Training and certification listings on this site reflect coursework and registration status as of the date shown. They are statements of completion or progress, not an endorsement by FEMA, the SBA, the United Nations, or any other agency.
