Coordination Notice

In coordination engagements, Rural Exports LLC, operating as Rural Logistics, coordinates independent specialists on behalf of the client under a written agreement or awarded contract. Carriage, brokerage, customs clearance, legal work, and other regulated activities are performed by licensed independent specialists under their own authority, licenses, and insurance.

Engagements are managed to the contract's reporting and documentation requirements. Every engagement runs as a numbered file: scope, correspondence, proof of delivery, and closeout documentation are kept in order and produced on request.

Engagement fees are billed by Rural Exports LLC. Specialist and vendor costs are either passed through as documented in the engagement agreement or billed to the client directly by the specialist. We are not a lender and do not advance third-party costs.

Rural Logistics acts as importer of record or exporter of record only where that role is expressly agreed in writing for a specific engagement. For government engagements, roles, responsibilities, and flow-down requirements are as stated in the contract. The scope, the roles, the specialists engaged, and how each is billed are recorded in the written agreement for that engagement.
