Re:Fourth-party logistics (4PL) coordination for government, nonprofit, and disaster-relief operations
Rural Logistics is an independent coordinator — not a broker or carrier. We direct and manage multi-provider supply chains, and the measure is performance: schedules kept, documentation on file. If you found us in a supplier directory, this page is the record: who we are, what we do, and where to verify it.

Core competencies.
Supply-chain orchestration across multiple 3PLs
Multi-modal transportation coordination
Emergency & disaster-relief logistics coordination
Warehousing & distribution management
Performance reporting & documentation control
Customs & cross-border coordination
Vetted specialist-network management
a. Performance-managed. A small management team runs every engagement to measurable marks: delivery on schedule, proof of delivery on file, and status reporting on a set cadence.
b. Set-aside eligible. Certified woman-owned small business. Contracting officers can count this award toward WOSB goals.
c. Independent coordinator. Not a broker or carrier. Licensed carriers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders are selected per engagement and run under our coordination — the 4PL model: one contract, one invoice, one responsible party.
d. File discipline. Every engagement runs as a numbered file: scope, correspondence, PODs, and closeout documentation kept in order and produced on request.
Section 03
Corporate experience.
Rural Logistics has run 4PL coordination since 2023. The same owner has coordinated commercial trade since 2017. Federal contracts of record are entered here as they complete.
